Quality New Stone is committed to ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all our customers. These Terms and Conditions explain the process of our work and outline your responsibilities as a client to facilitate an efficient installation.
1. Preparation for Installation
- Please clear all items from countertops and remove any belongings from the cabinet under the sink prior to our installers’ arrival. This will help our team work efficiently.
- If you have pets, kindly secure them in a safe room during the installation process. Our installers need to keep doors open to move materials in and out.
2. Plumbing Arrangements
It is your responsibility to arrange for a plumber to reconnect the plumbing within 24 hours after our installation is complete. Quality New Stone is not liable for plumbing connections.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the installation. Please be prepared to settle your balance promptly, as our installers have other scheduled appointments.
4. Faucet Installation
Please have your faucet on-site during installation to allow our team to determine the size and placement of the necessary holes.
5. Post-Installation Inspection
We recommend that you thoroughly inspect the installed countertops and their functionality within one month of installation. Any repairs, modifications, or additions requested after this period may incur additional charges.
6. Rescheduling Policy
- If you need to reschedule your installation, please notify us at least 3 days in advance to avoid any charges.
- Rescheduling within 2 days of your scheduled installation date will incur a $150 charge to cover operating expenses.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Quality New Stone is not responsible for any damages or issues that arise due to improper use or lack of maintenance after installation.
8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our processes or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated.
