Here are some important notes to ensure a smooth process:

• Please clear countertops and the cabinet under the sink to facilitate the installers’ work.

• If you have pets, secure them in a safe room during installation, as we need doors open for material movement.

• Arrange for a plumber to reconnect the pipes within 24 hours of installation completion.

• Exercise caution with payment; kindly settle promptly upon installation completion as our installers have subsequent appointments.

• Have the faucet ready to determine size and hole requirements.

• Thoroughly check the system’s operation a month post-installation. Additional charges apply for repairs, modifications, or additions.

• If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 3 days in advance to avoid charges. Rescheduling within 2 days incurs a $150 charge for operating expenses.
